I did a building block search in Academic Search Complete.
Here is my strategy:
( (teen OR teenager OR adolescent) ) and ( (librar* OR public librar*) ) and ( (program OR activity OR event)) and DE "YOUNG adults"
This search brought me 34 results.
Here are the first 5 hits:

I am very comfortable with Building Block searches now, and they definitely bring me better results than the old keyword method. I will be using lots of these searches in the future. They are easy and they work well.
